How to Reserve a Cabin

Steps to making a reservation:

• Click on the calendar to check dates available (below).
• Email us (preferred) or telephone and we'll send you a full quote.
• To finalize the reservation send us a rental agreement to via email or fax.
• FINAL Step. Enjoy the best vacation ever at your own cabin in the smokies!

What you can expect

• We'll answer all your questions
• We'll send a confirmation immediately after we process your payment.
• A week before you arrive we'll send you the cabin Keyless Lock Code and exact directions, including directons to the nearest grocery stores.
• within 5 business days of your departure your deposit will be refunded (see cabin policies)

Reservation Policies

• Reservations Required
• 2-night minimum stay
• 3-night minimum stay on holidays
• 50% deposit secures reservation if over 30 days
• 100% due to reserve if within 30 days
• Check-In: After 4:00 p.m.
• Check-Out: 10:00 a.m.
• Smoking limited to outside areas

Cancellations

Cancellations by Owners

In the unlikely event that we will have to make any changes to confirmed reservations, we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If this does happen, you will be given a full refund. We will also attempt to locate another facility for you. We will not be liable for any further obligations or claims by you.

Cancellations by guest

This is a good policy anytime of the year for the protection of your investment due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, illness or accident.

Age Requirement

We will not rent to individuals under the age of 21.

Deposits, and Fees

The $150.00 Damange Deposit is refundable and non-taxible.

We will promptly refund your full deposit after inspecting the cabin given all of the conditions have been met and the cabin is in the same condition as when you first arrived.

In the case of damage or loss to the cabin, your deposit will be used to collect the amount needed to restore the cabin to its original condition. Any remaining funds will be returned to you.

A one-time cleaning fee will be added to the total.

If excessive cleaning is required after your departure, you will be charged a minimum of $50.00.

Additional Guests

Additional guests - $10 per guest per night.

Please inform us of any change in the number of guests before your arrival so the cabin can be prepared appropriately. No refunds are given for reductions in the number of guests after your arrival.

Pets

We allow qualified pets as guests and don't require additional deposits however, the rate for pets is $15 per night for the first pet and $10 per night for the 2nd pet. See our pet policy for rules regarding pet guests.
